10-8 Magdaleno because of the (suspect) deduction. 18-18 draw.

Perez seems to be looking for that one shot now that he's knocked him down. I don't think those blows were particularly low, but hey, maybe this will light a spark in Perez.

    Round 3

Perez reaches in with his left and gets batted away by Magdaleno's right. Jabs and hooks by Magdaleno as he backs up. Hard left uppercut to the stomach by Magdaleno. Perez reaches with jabs and misses a right. Magdaleno slugs away down low as Perez keeps his hands up to catch most of these quick flashy shots. Perez misses a wide hook. Huge right uppercut by Magdaleno, tilting Perez's head back as it lands on the chin. Long whipping body shots by Magdaleno. Right hook around the glove by Magdaleno. Perez is unable to get inside past those long and fast arms. Right jab by Magdaleno. Perez hops in place, looking for a weak point. Lunging right hand lands for Perez but gets him countered. Lead left by Magdaleno lands without either of his feet coming off the ground. Body shots and a high right hook by the busy Magdaleno. Perez is chipping and hacking away with his jabs and overhands, but not getting any clean touches.

    28-27 Magdaleno

Good round for MAgdaleno, that last round is probably what the rest of the fight will look like.

    28-27 Magdaleno.

28-27 Magdaleno. I like this kid, maybe it's my southpaw bias though

Perez is a tough customer. I will not be surprised to see him stop Magdaleno sometime in this fight.

Lots of openings to hit MAgdaleno in exchanges.

Magdaleno is beginning to get dragged into a war this round and he's getting touched a lot more now.

Magdaleno circles right turning him around smart but Perez keeps coming attacking the body. Perez hits harder.

    Round 4

Quick straight combos by Magdaleno as they stand still directly across the Tecate logo from each other. Perez comes swooping in with looping shots. Perez is landing very well with body shots and reaching left hooks to the head. Magdaleno is landing lots of quick shots up to the sides and across the top of the head, and also getting his right hook to the body. 1-2 to the chest by Perez. Both flurry together and manage to miss each other entirely as they bounce apart.

    37-37
