Garcia's face is torn up like a beauty queen on her first night working at a brothel.

    68 - 64 Ugas

Gave that round to Garcia because his pressure had Ugas running like a *****, he didn't like it at all. Garcia's pressure and Ugas's lack of effective offense got Garcia the round IMHO.

    Round 8

Garcia slaps down with a left and right, and is countered by a solid flush hook-2 combo from Ugas. Garcia walks into a few jabs and pushed-out short rights as Ugas backs up. Garcia lands one of his uppercuts from the outside, threading it under and between Ugas' gloves to the chin and rushing in behind it to throw to the body. Ugas is pushing down on Garcia every time he rushes in. Garcia pressures up on his toes, and eats a counter right hand to the jaw. Ugas lands a short combo, then covers up. Garcia walks into some jabs. Chopping right by Ugas. Garcia jabs into the guard, now hooks. Chopping right by Ugas. Slapping left hook by Ugas misses. Garcia is jumping around, full of energy but not doing anything effective. Uppercut to the gut by Ugas while sidestepping.

    80-71 Ugas

Ugas is not elite, separate him from Gamboa ,Rigo and Lara , regardless how many Olympic medals. I think he won but just because was fighting a bum

"It's unfair to compare him to Rigondeaux or Gamboa..."

Really, Farhood? Unfair to compare him to greater athletic talents with better coaching and better experience against better opponents? You don't say?

    78 - 73 ugas

Ugas's clean punching won the last round. Garcia brought the pressure but it wasn't enough.

Very entertaining fight but I don't think either will amount to much professionaly.

Good solid effort by Bazooka Joe. Ugas: just bland. Shouldn't be hyped up at all.
