Yeah, me too. I wanted to see an impressive shawn porter win but ray is a solid lanky fighter.

I must be off tonight, I don't see Robinson doing much of anything. He misses most of his punches even though the announcers think he's landing.

if porter maintains that body attack i think he can slow robinson down enough, open him up and get that stoppage

Porter is coming across like a Mosley type WW... kinda faint in then throw a big right. He isn't very much of a jabbing punch set up guy.

    Then fall in and grab.

Was thinking the same thing... not impressed with Porter at all here. Wide, looping punches and he looks, well.... amateurish.

    Round 5

Robinson triple jabs Porter, who nods at him. Porter judo-tosses Robinson under the bottom rope. Porter misses a left jab and they clinch. Robinson misses his right jab and Porter tries to seize the moment to get on his chest and pick him apart with short inside punches. Robinson backs up as Porter floats on top of him. Robinson shakes him off with a hard left. Porter gets a gets a hard shot off on the right side of Robinson's body. Porter eats a left uppercut. Porter catches Robinson with a right hand.

They're both landing shots. Porter lands the occasional hard shot, but Robinson is continuously countering or catching porter coming in with no jab.

Robinson's shots don't look very hard. While I think he is winning this fight, he is still vulnerable to Porter's hard shots. Good fight.

Why is ray not preparing counters for porters non-stop lead right hands?

    Round 6

Porter flurries his way in and Robinson lands a right hook. Porter misses a wide hook and takes a left uppercut. Porter now begins to pound the body. Porter grabs Robinson against the ropes. They separate and Robinson doesn't have time to get away before Porter pushes him back to the ropes again and unleashes a combo on him. Robinson down! He gets up and Robinson again leaps on him with debilitating body blows. Robinson tries to rope-a-dope and manages to keep Porter's arms too loosey-goosey to connect. Robinson survives the round.

    10-8 Porter

now this is where porter needs to let his hands got with combos and take that stoppage, he's getting clinched up way too easy

Porter has no idea how to finish. He didn't set up 1 of those shots, he walked in with the right hand ready to go, but lucky for him ray isn't countering it properly.
