...and Mighty Mo wore an Ali t-shirt into the ring, so you know he is bent on revenge!

    Round 1

Hooker is drilling in the right hand at will, smashing Ramos on the forehead with it as he hops to his left and pops quick jabs. Ramos is reaching with the jab and flicking up a right cross but not reaching. Ramos bats a few jabs aside with his right glove coming forward, but can't get his 1-2 off as Hooker keeps him at range outside the jab.

    10-9 Hooker

Both these guys look creepy in their interviews. I wouldn't let either babysit.

Hooker apparently has participated in some gym wars against Errol Spence Jr. :think

Meanwhile, Ramos has no even halfway decent pros in his area and must travel to Phoenix for quality sparring.

I fought on the same amateur cards as Luis several times, but I have yet to see him as a pro. He was a good amateur.

Hooker seems to have quite a reach for a welter

Hooker's punching technique seems a bit sloppy

    Round 2

Hooker is jabbing the body and showing the right hand up top. Ramos tries swatting in a few high left hooks but Hooker slips them while moving, letting them glide off his shoulder. They jab together and Hooker's reach makes the difference. Ramos comes forward and slams up top with the right hand, chasing. Hooker steps outside, sets Ramos up with a jab feint, and lands a flush right hand between the eyes to snap his head back.

    10-9 Hooker

    20-18 Hooker

20-18 Hooker, on the basis of controlling range more than anything else. Of course, the big right hand he landed near the end of the round helped win that stanza, too.
