Round 4

Nunez is coming forward and parrying Nunez's left jabs with his right glove, firing hard left hands down the middle and catching Nunez backing straight up to the ropes. Latimore pushes in and takes a low blow. Joe Cortez warns them both to watch the low blows and headbutts. Two HARD straight lefts by Latimore. Nunez circles to the ropes and tries to line up a right hand lead, but Latimore catches it on his mitt and then blasts the Colombian with an overhand left. Body shots by Latimore. Left hook by Nunez, gets Latimore running! Latimore clears the cobwebs and comes straight back, pumping that right jab.

Interesting what varied scores are possible at this point.

Latimore clearly took the third and fourth (despite being buzzed a bit there at the end of the fourth). So Bernstein probably has it level as he favored Nunez in the first two. Farhood I think gave Latimore the first, so he either has the same 39-37 as me or a shutout for Latimore depending on how he saw the second. (which IMO was Nunez's best)

Round 5

Latimore pops the right jab and floats out to his left - into the path of a Nunez left jab. Wild overhand by Latimore, missing. Nunez is staying outside, unrolling long jabs and not reaching with them. Latimore gets in and hammers at the body, and Nunez ties up briefly before slapping his way free. Latimore is popping that right jab while circling in close, being a pest as Nunez tries to catch him with a left hook to the head. 1-2 up close by Latimore.

Round 6

Nunez is throwing straight jabs and right crosses while getting moved back, and Latimore is showing him angles and beating him to the punch with his high right hooks and straight left hands through the guard. Latimore is really catching Nunez with some hard shots. Nunez is drooling from an open mouth while backing up. Latimore slips a right hand and lands a right, rocking Nunez back to the ropes.
