True, but Jack was a longtime prospect who got a fair amount of hype on here...and look what can happen. I just won't be surprised if something like that awaits Love in his future. (though I do think he is tougher and has more ring IQ than Jack)

Love is forcing Biosse to trade up close, curling the right arm around Biosse's guard to knock him on the base of the skull. Biosse is trying to back Love off with a 1-2 but only glancing with it, unable to get room to line it up and take aim. They swap uppercuts on the chest, Love quicker and busier. Love is staying on top of Biosse, turning him while holding, getting caught with a few buzzing lefts on the temple but not clean.

Round 6

Biosse shoulder-tackles Love into the ropes and hurling in uppercuts downstairs while grinding into him. Love counters off the ropes and starts targeting the cuts on Biosse's face with the jab and whipping sidewinder right delivered from a holster by his waist. Love is peppering Biosse, muscling him across the ring now. Biosse's trunks are soaked in his own blood. Biosse spits out his gum shield repeatedly, stalling. The ref deducts a point.

A couple of rounds have been close to 10-8 Love even without deductions or knockdowns.

I've thought in at least three Biosse was about to get stopped.

 

Round 7

Double jab by Love. Biosse is putting his head down, shoulders hunched, corded arms heaving into Love's midsection trying to force him onto the ropes so Biosse can lay on him and regroup. Biosse is huffing and puffing, grinding at Love with his skull and whacking him under the ribs on either side lightly with almost open gloves. Love is rapping combos off the top of Biosse's head while letting him come to him, sliding back just enough to let the tide carry him onto counters.
