    Round 1

Hunter scores off the backfoot with his lead right while Franco walks him down and flashes his hands at him. Franco lands with his lead left and in combination on the inside while Hunter tries to evade and set up counters down the middle to time Franco coming forward. Franco is hit low but recovers soon. Franco is the busier puncher and forces an exchange near the end of the round.

    10-9 Franco

It just sounded overly dismissive. He's an Olympian and has amateur wins over Lara & Gamboa. :D

Not that Franco is that great (he is good). But Hunter is not much of an opponent

    Round 2

Franco remains aggressive and whacks Hunter with hooking shots with both hands. Hunter is hurt early and goes into survival mode, clamping his wrists to his ears and trying to quickly circle away. Franco just follows and whips him with fast shots that are landing with the front part of the knuckles and clearly affecting Hunter a bit. Hunter hits Franco blatantly low again and is booed. The referee takes a point. They lean head to head and infight a little bit down the stretch, with Franco showing the faster hands.

    10-8 & 20-17 Franco

...and turned out to be a pretty good pro (but of course not as high a weight-climber as Cotto). :nod

    Round 3

Hunter looks very relaxed and is boxing from the outside almost Mayweather-style, rolling his left shoulder from shots in between distracting little jabs and countering with lead right hands. Franco is hit with another low blow that looks unintentional this time. They come together and are separated from a clinch - the referee perhaps saw another punch stray low, as he wags his finger in Hunter's face and says "Bro...stop, bro. Stop." Seriously. Franco takes command with his relentless body attack, flurrying hard and trapping Hunter into the corners, staggering him slightly before the bell.

    Closest round yet.

    30-26 Franco

Franco's punches doesn't look that impressive.
