"No more boxing. No more fancy movement. This guy's hurt. Now it's about walk him down, push him around, get him."

    - Kayode's chief second. (Roach's substitute)

    Round 7 - Kayode

Kayode won the round to me with the heavy body work. He really took away all Cora's mobility. Seems like Kayode is just going to muscle this one.

    5 -2 Kayode

Kayode's corner is basically telling him to take Cora out in this round.

He has the killer instinct of a panda cub.

    Round 8

Kayode ignores his corner's advice and boxes from range with his jab. Kayode is tucking up and doing a shuffle while skirting along the ropes. Cora gets knocked around with some thudding left hooks and right hands as Kayode starts to rev himself up. Wild looping rights by Kayode. Cora's mouthpiece is knocked out. Cora is ready to go. Kayode just moseys in and leans against him with his left shoulder. Hard right uppercut to the gonads by Kayode. Smoger threatens a point deduction next time he goes low. Mouthpiece back in. Cora pushes his jab and then lands a soft left cross to the nips while ducking Kayode's telegraphed right. Cora is staying in close, breathing heavily and clearly not up for much movement. He's landing counters but getting rocked by jabs that quiver his lip. Kayode is throwing nothing forceful.

    10-9 Kayode

    77-75 Kayode

Kayode threw some of the shittiest right hooks you'll ever see in that round.

    Round 8 - Kayode

Kayode is just outmuscling Cora, looks to me that Cora isn't even trying to win the fight anymore, just survive.

    6 - 2 Kayode

...and he really shouldn't survive. If he does it means Kayode let him.

He doesn't have the legs to stay away anymore.

    Round 9

Kayode jabs and moves, staying outside and still not pressing in. Cora bothers him with a right jab all over Kayode's face as the Nigerian just leans against the turnbuckle and tries to catch shots on his right glove as it perches by his earlobe. Cora is throwing some counter flurries and pushing Kayode to the ropes. Now some more saturated uppercuts from Cora. Kayode backs up and jabs out of the low-left stance. One nice right by Kayode, the only good shot he's landed for a while. Cora rocks Kayode back into the ropes with a right hook, left uppercut, right hook!!

    10-9 Cora

    86-85 Kayode

edit: the replay shows that Kayode's feet were tied up, but he still got hit flush a few times with some effect.
