    Nuñez is bringing the fight to Arrieta now, forcing him to clinch or flee into the ropes. Nuñez shrugging clear of clinches and smacking Arrieta in the face with quick stinging left hooks. Arrieta is throwing single jabs and crabbing in to hold, arm crooked immediately upon retracting it. Lead uppercuts by The Twist, living up to his nickname in the pocket as he torques himself while throwing them, and then harrassing Arrieta with a double jab as he retreats. Arrieta with occasional power shots now, but unable to string many together before tying up or running. He's gassed.

    Nuñez is happily trading left hooks with Arrieta, first baiting him with lulling jabs and looping rights on the body from outside forcing Arrieta to close the distance while throwing leather. Arrieta is flurrying in with bursts of volume punching, but getting back-slapped as Nuñez plays matador, ending up flanking him by sidestepping with minimal effort. Arrieta's coordination just falling apart.

    Nuñez is doubling jabs and then launching overhand rights as he presses in on Arrieta. Light tapping jab on the chest by Arrieta, then a purposeful clinch. Arrieta drilling his free right hand into Nuñez's body as they waltz. Ref gives both warnings as they repeatedly fail to self-extricate. Clinches happening every time one man jabs, now, as they're both jousting in with them. Arrieta with some body combos, scoring, doing no damage but piling up points - and then having it all dashed as Nuñez lands one big shot worth ten of his.

    Interesting, the corner of Nuñez telling him he needs the tenth? They worried about judges? Shouldn't be hanging in balance..

    A bit of clinching, again on the heels of single jabs. Arrieta tries worming his way in close to clinch, but Nuñez is countering. Big right hand on the mush staggers Arrieta. Nuñez jumps on him, pouring on power shots. The ref waves it off.
