Caballero is pot shotting jabs to the body and jumping in and out nimbly. Left hook to the body by Roman during a brief chance with Caballero in front of him. Roman switches to lining up right hands to the face trying to catch Caballero off guard. Caballero ducks and charges in low, hurling up a quick right hand to push Roman to the ropes. High 1-2 by Caballero, missing over Roman's shoulder. Roman jabs straight out, too short, and Caballero fires past his outheld arm with a 1-2, also not reaching. Right to the body by Roman, pulling quickly back as Caballero looks to counter with a pair of straight head shots. Lots of ducking and throwing from outside, and missing by both.

Round 6

Caballero is jabbing and circling left. Roman comes in and targets the body, dropping both hands down a declining ramp and scoring a bit but also getting hit with body shots by Caballero in reply. Roman's headhunting attempts are blocked, and Caballero is able to duck and move and land from angles. Roman is making it his type of fight, but Caballero is still beating him to the punch.

Round 7

Caballero is jabbing from outside a bit, then starts to pull Hopkins maneuvers (diving in and throwing himself bodily into Roman while banking, shoulder first). Caballero is digging to the body with his right hand after his jab is stuck on Roman's flypaper guard and trapped between his gloves. Jab to the chin by Caballero, diving down and drumming the chest. Roman is trying to lay a right hand down across the neck and ear of Caballero, but isn't landing cleanly. Caballero is ducking and working the body. Right hand by Roman, not reaching. Double jab into the air, and a right to the body by Roman - but Caballero knocks him back with a counter right to the face. Caballero circles left, takes a half-step in, is tickled by a Roman jab as he quickly tucks his chin in from it, then snaps out his own jab. Low blow by Roman!! Caballero hurt!
