yea just now. He's still throwing some decent shots with it though.

Funny moment: The Ref actually pulled Nagy to the side and gave him a stern talking to about his rabbit punches.heh.

    Tarver is old and fat.

I hate to see him get some false bravado from this fight and then go get hammered to pieces by a legit heavy.

That extra 46 pounds, being 42, out of the ring for a year and a half, and his new, potentially bum shoulder is going to make this a short run. Maybe they can put him in against Holyfield or Toney.

Even though Tarver looks slower than usual, he really is controlling this fight. He's throwing some sharp punches, good counters, and he looks in decent shape.

Tarver looks like he hurt his left shoulder but he's doing alright so far. Aguilera kinda sucks, something to keep in mind. As mentioned, he doesn't look horrible all things considered.

Antonio did a great job avoiding Nagy's bull charge. Bald Bull would be ashamed.

If he can condition himself better and get used to the weight, assuming his shoulder isn't hurt, he may not due to bad against Adamek. Arreola would be a good test.

why are all these heavyweights so ****ing fat? I don't understand how getting in top shape (or even decent) isn't important for these dudes, considering that it's their profession of choice.

Tarver didn't look that bad, got some work in, and won the fight but nothing impressive. Looks to have little power at HW though.

A lot of them are probably just trying to pack on muscle and calories.

Nagy decided he was going to wait till the 10th to fight like a heavyweight. I give Tarver credit, he fought OK. Hes obviously still a skilled fighter, but with any top guy hes not gonna gave a get who puts himself on the ropes and backpedals like Aguilera.

ripped, mobile, quicker 205lber with good cardio>>>>>>>fat chunky sludgy 220 built off weight lifting and a high calorie diet

training for strength is one thing, but stamina and speed are way more important

Yeah, he won't survive Haye or either Klit. He can box these slugs and maybe get a semi-decent win, but he isn't getting a real title.

I give tarver a solid B. He looked ok, didn't get hit much, had good timing, seemed slow, but faster than most HW. I think he could pull off some good wins with ring smarts. Could also be in better shape.
