Ehhh, when he let his hands go he was decent, but he was far too tentative and seemed a little too chinny, he didn't go down, but came near it a few times.

    Round 1 Prograis 10-9

Regis landed the cleaner much harder straight lefts and rght hooks, although Diaz had his moments landing his straight right and some partially blocked flurries.

    R1 Prograis 10-9 close

Diaz coming out faster, seems to have the speed advantage and is busier. Prograis looks stronger and put out more damage.

    Round 1 Prograis 10-9
Round 2 Prograis wins by KO

He dropped Diaz early with a straight left to the body, he was okay, he followed up with his straight left dropped him with a hard clean straight left to the chin, Diaz is back up, he goes right back down again, Diaz fights back valiantly, if he makes it out of this round its a 10-6, down goes Diaz again on a left uppercut, does a backroll and he's right back up again, but mercifully the ref waves it off. It ovah!!!

Díaz wasn't the greatest prospect ever but he didn't seem likely to get blasted out early in his first step up either.
