    FYI - that MD loss to Britsch on the road for Lyell was really close. I had it a draw.

    It became an awesome slugfest in the championship rounds.

    Gonzalez is a big time prospect, though. He hasn't been coddled quite as much as Britsch.

    Lyell pushes out his left jab and swipes with some hooks while backing up. Gonzalez keeps the flats of his knuckles pressed against Lyell's forehead and reddens it with the jab backing him up. Lyell tosses a straight flurry high into Gonzalez's path. BIG right hand by Lyell, corkscrewed from around the back. Gonzalez keeps jabbing forward but is hitting gloves now as Lyell flashes out counter flurries with hooks landing to the ribs and jaw.

    Excellent round from Lyell, great body shots, great freezing him with the jab, nice rights upstairs. Gonzalez had some nice hard shots to the body though, but not enough to win it.
