Johnson is still coming forward, lunging with rights and hooks. He lands a nice pair, but Oosthuizen isn't affected. Oosthuizen is landing his long quick flurries from outside. Johnson starts to push his gum shield halfway out. Oosthuizen hits him with right jabs and left crosses, and Johnson is backed up to the ropes. Body shots, big right hook downstairs. Johnson spits out his gum shield and goes down to a knee, taking a 1-2 to the head on the way down!! He takes a high count. Time in, gum shield in. Johnson pushes in and tries to chop away at that tall vine. Oosthuizen lands a right hook to the body, left uppercut to the jaw while playing matador. Oosthuizen is getting hit with a couple of jabs and lunging rights while backing up but landing better.

Round 9

Oosthuizen is landing right jabs to the body, left straights to the head, and coming back to the right jab to the body. Johnson presses him back to the ropes but isn't getting any effective punches off. Nasty right hooks to the body by Oosthuizen. Big left uppercut to the ribs by Oosthuizen. Johnson is diving in headfirst, waving his fists around and missing, then trying to grab up close. Ritter breaks them up. Oosthuizen waits by the ropes and springs a jab trap on Johnson, doubling it in his face. Right jab, left uppercut, right hook to the head by Oosthuizen catching Johnson coming in. Lunging right by Johnson, missing. Clinch. Johnson pushes Oosthuizen back toward the ropes. Break. Clinch again, but Oosthuizen flurries out of it with a shoe shine down low.

Round 10

Oosthuizen circles to the right, bouncing lightly on his toes. Johnson torpedoes in against him, pushing him to the ropes. Oosthuizen slaps a right hook off Johnson's head. Oosthuizen backs up to another set of ropes and flurries in sidewise at the ears of Johnson. A big flurry by Oosthuizen while squaring up and watching Johnson advance, finishing with a right hook. The next flurry is headlined by a big left uppercut. Johnson is coming forward and taking his licks, trying to lunge in with jabs and/or high right hands but landing little. Oosthuizen has his hair brushed by a right hand backing up to the ropes. Oosthuizen unloads a bunch of jabs and hooks. Double right high up between the eyes by Johnson! Oosthuizen has some swelling there now. Nice jabs by Oosthuizen from outside, and double right hooks to the body. Clinch. Body shot by Johnson, TEN fast body shots by Oosthuizen.
