Garcia is persistent, bowing his head and plugging away to the body. Pedraza put in a corner. Slapping shots to the back by Pedraza. Uppercuts from outside by Pedraza. Big right hand behind the jab by Garcia. Pedraza is backed up by body shots. Pedraza is landing left uppercuts from outside, and flurrying at the waist band. Garcia is warned for low blows. Pedraza put on the ropes again.

Garcia is swinging away with wide shots, mostly to the body but getting countered with straight lefts and right hooks. Garcia stumbling forward into shots. Wildly throwing himself off balance. Pedraza is just sliding and kicking his feet out to maintain enough movement to keep Garcia lunging and missing. Hard right hooks by Pedraza. Nice straight left.

BIG COMBO BY PEDRAZA!!! Uppercuts, lefts and rights!!!! Garcia staggered and falling back!! Vic Drakulich gives him a count. Back at it! Phonebooth warfare. Garcia is getting some shots in, but Pedraza is doing better work with those uppercuts keeping his long arms folded up to be effective on the inside. As soon as Garcia steps back he is tagged with straight lefts.

Pedraza is backing up, holding his guard tight as he leans back and lets Garcia's wild swings carom off. Pedraza grunts as he capitalizes on spots and whips out counter hooks when Garcia pauses to regroup. Garcia is applying the forward pressure but Pedraza is still landing cleaner.

Oh ****, BIG LEFT HANDS BY PEDRAZ!!!! ZAP, ZAP, ZAP! Garcia keeps flying in like an insect splatting against the windshield. Damn, Garcia has a chin on him. Pedraza is meting out some real brutality here. Garcia's corner might want to think about saving him from himself. Garcia is the one pressing the action, but he is paying a dear price for it. Excellent footwork and VICIOUS counters by Pedraza. Garcia's face is all chopped up, bleeding from several spots, nasty.

Round 8

Garcia is coming forward swinging wildly, getting drilled with straight lefts to the already smashed nose. Uppercuts and cuffing slaps put together in combination by Pedraza while backing up. Garcia keeps diving in and slicing the body where he can. HARD left to the face by Pedraza. These shots are straight, hard and flush but not accomplishing anything. Not slowing Garcia down, not hurting him, not making him even blink. This guy's chin is crazy. Pedraza is loading up now, letting shots fly on the back foot.
