Just a reminder, since I can't recall even seeing this card mentioned. James De La Rosa (17-0 12 KOs) vs. Tim Coleman (14-0 3 KOs) Fernando Guerrero (9-0 9 KOs) vs. Tyrone Watson (7-0 3 KOs) Should be interesting. I saw Guerrero fight earlier this year on ESPN and liked what I saw. He has a crowd pleasing style, and obviously some power, but it's hard to fully gauge the talent level considering his level of opposition at the time. I've also seen James De La Rosa once or twice, most recently against James Webb on Telefutura. Another crowd pleasing fighter, with power. He's the brother of Juan De La Rosa from The Contender. I have no idea what so ever what their opponents bring to the table. But hopefully we get some competitive match ups tonight.
Wrong Showtime. I think SHO2 was replaying that fight. The live card is starting now on regular Showtime.
This Guerrero kid looks good, i didn't even realise this was on i just happend to turn on Eurosport and it was starting.
Evidently the answer is yes, which is a really good sign. Obviously there are a lot of things he could improve, but he's got a solid base if he's moved along patiently.
I give him credit for making it through the fight. He lost every round, but he broke the guy's KO streak.
I'm surprised the crowd wasn't that into the main event. That was a good action fight. But I guess they only cared about seeing Guerrero. @ the ring announcer. I bet Coleman wanted to strangle him.
Yeah, that was pretty damn cheesy. I've watch alot of boxing over the past 3 decades, and I can't recall every seeing that. ALL these guys have to do is say names, they should frikkin' get it right.atsch
