I want to see this. Hopkins would destroy him verbally in the pre fight build up and outfox him in the ring to a points win.

I would put money on it.

Doubtful, Haye is an ATG trash-talker. Hayemaker would wipe the floor with Hopkins.

Hopkins wins this by decision or get KTFO. Hopkins is too small to deal with Hw power, but is smart enough to win on points. Would't bet my money on this fight though. But it would be fun to watch. Bring it on! :bbb

If it ever happens, I'll take that bet, any amount of money you want. Hopkins knows how to beat Haye theres no doubt in my mind, but he isn't physically capable of carrying it out.

LOL, when Hopkins last fought an opponent comparable to Wlad's level, he was flopping on the floor, holding and using every spoiling tactic he could NOT to make it a fight. Haha, he can ****ing talk..

He's just bitter Haye embarrassed him. Hopkins talked alot of trash about the Klit's before this fight, he is clearly not a fan of their white skin. He should be an admirer of their boxing skills as heavyweights if he was old school like he claims, instead just can't seem to give them any credit.

I wouldn't mind seeing Haye-Hopkins, but I can't bear Hopkins hating on Haye's performance like that. Someone should ask him why he isn't calling out Wlad, who actually won the fight. Hopkins knows Wlad crush him to a pulp.

Bernard would make Haye look foolish with his footwork, defense and counter punching.

Plus, Haye has a questionable chin, and I wouldn't completely rule out a perfect counter punching becoming a surprise KO victory for B-Hop.

Hopkins wins 10/10 fights against Haye. B-Hop is too skilled, tough and experienced for Haye's one dimensional bull****.

    Sigh...

You present valid points, I counter them with...Haye is huge compared to Hopkins, big, big size difference. And you know what, that is the difference.

Size difference isn't really that great.

    B-Hop is 6'1, Haye is a questionable 6'3.

Weight won't be an issue due to styles.

Power won't be an issue because 1.) Haye won't land anything big on Bernard 2.) Bernard has an iron chin.

When you take size and weight in to consideration, the difference is great. This is not Pacquiao vs an arm punching Margarito size difference, this is an old Hopkins (for all the skills and tricks, footwork, etc) up against a very big puncher who may be made to look sloppy at times, but can basically walk through anything Hopkins has to offer.

What happens when Haye finally closes that distance on Hopkins? Is Hopkins going to grab him? Hopkins can't outmuscle him. Haye can and would walk through anything to land that Hayemaker, and Hopkins would be in serious trouble...like I said earlier in the thread, I would worry for his health.

Hopkins is undoubtedly the greater of the two, but H2H...there is only one winner at this point. Haye.

He has slightly better chances than Adamek with Vitali...but not that much better.
