I am 5'6" and likely will fight at no lower than 168-175. I need any and all advice.

this, i lost 14lbs in 3 months, not bad 1lb a week, im trying to not lose too much muscle. still need to lose 3 more lbs to make 140. Im 5 6 and planning to fight either at 140 or below it because i can make it. You're gonna be at a big disadvantage im telling you you're gonna regret it. If you're really willing to do well, you'll stay disciplined with how you eat and run.

    Your underweight!!
And obviously he's OVERWEIGHT. That just means he's heavier then he should be at his height but he could be muscular instead of fat

People people, don't go off-topic please. For vs tall fighters, go to the ****ing body and crack his ribs. Don't try to outbox him, its an easy win for him if you do so, goodluck

When a short fighter is fighting a much taller fighter this is what you do. You punch him in the face and then when he tries to punch you in the face you move out of the way. simple as that, strictly follow these guidelines and you'll win every bout.

Watch video of Dwight Muhammad Qwai. He was 5'6" and fought from 175-200, and pretty successfully.

you need to slip is jab & step in with your punches either step left or right you should see a opening for a 2 punch combo

try this acouple of times at first to see if their's a way in without punching to keep your guard

when on the bag find a good distance away from the bag to let it swing,, push the bag away from you & when the bag swings to you step to the left pushing of the back foot,,,,,moving to the right pivot of the front foot step out with the back foot
when the back swings away from you follow it back by stepping in with the bag hitting your back shoulder

don't throw any Punch's this is just to get used to stepping in ,also try to stop the bag with your shoulder ,,if you miss the bag your to fare away

This is the type of reply I was looking for. I am not fat. I am stocky and very built. I just naturally have a big body. My calf muscles alone are about 19 inches around.

Don't be ignorant, everybody's body is different.
