WTF is wrong with you? Direll has no evidence of his injuries. This thing is getting blown out of proportions. But if he really does have brain damage, than he should not return to boxing as brain cells do not reproduce so his condition is permanent.
Direll has/had a career in boxing. How can you blame AA for his "condition" after one glancing blow?

 

Nah. Boxers accidently hit fighters on the ground all of the time. Mayweathers done it, Roy's done it, even Dirrells done it.
