    Wahahahahahahaha

Hearn would have Howard Foster dealing the cards... and I'd be at that table until AJ won and then I didn't be cast aside and frozen out.

His problem isn't his corner, look how they retooled him to dominate Fat Andy in the rematch. His problem is he went up against the most elite boxer in the division and lost. Same corner, the majority of guys in the top 20, Joshua wins, that ain't a corner issue.

Yes. He needs a new trainer and new corner.
Granted, he lost to Usyk because Usyk is better. But if he wants any hope in the rematch, he needs a change.
McCracken was poor in the corner and has taken AJ as far as he can.

Last minute trainer changes dont do ****.

Usyk will still spank that ass. 100% . Time to deal with that fact you plant vegan boy.

You think a new trainer and camp can "change" a boxer in 6 months? Nah.

Takes years for new trainer to make changes, especially this late in his career.

He should make big changes to his corner if he wants a chance in the rematch.

It's clear he has learnt all he can from McCrack, who isn't a bad trainer, but AJ fights in such an amateurish, paint-by-numbers style, it's made him a very limited fighter.

He needs a shot in the arm from somewhere or he stands no chance in the rematch.

I have no belief that McCracken will try and get AJ fighting a different way to the first fight.

McCracken after 3 rounds should have seen some adjustments were necessary and didn't.

He should've dropped the WBO. That's what he really should've done.

No one is able to replace A.J gas tank and brains.
When he attempts to take someone out, he quickly is going to gas out, then rest and then cycle repeats.
The same Pulev ( 39 y.o version ) fight: he did normally until get tired after 3 rounds boxed.
While I had assumed that he will finish Pulev in next 1-2 rounds it did not had happened. It is what it is.
Not only Pulev fight here had been when he get tired.
While if he does not attempts to take someone out, he might box like he did vs Ruiz in rematch and nothing wrong, didn't had gassed out.

Pulev's 39 y.o version isn't his own 33 y.o version with 0 doubts. He was slow and very predictable, easier than Takam.
And vs Takam A.J too looked that quickly get tired when he attempted to finish him.

He can't be a better boxer after the age of 32. He has millions of bucks in his bank account. He should stop worrying about boxing and spend his money happily.

The psychological problem is his and his alone - a sports psychologist might be able to help him with that but not his coach. He's being told to box behind his jab because he's anxious about being hit - and with good reason because when he's buzzed he becomes very disorganised. McCracken can only sharpen the tools at AJ's disposal, and that front-foot aggressive counter puncher doesn't exist anymore.

Don't forget McCracken helped devise that style for Joshua as he was coming up through the ranks and it was only really abandoned when Angel Hernandez joined the team. If it was as easy as saying 'C'mon Josh go back to the way you used to box', McCracken would be all in favour of a return to the style he essentially scripted.

Wlad made AJ doubt that style, Ruiz made him fear it and what's left is a highly-competent boxer/puncher who's wary of being clipped and won't throw combos with boxers prepared to punch WITH him, which both Ruiz and Usyk were prepared to do, as would Fury should they ever fight...

AJ started boxing late in life and it shows.

To me, he seems to always be thinking about the next shot or combo, it doesn’t come naturally like it does to more purist boxers.

Very harsh words to Mr Vegan, he only made a suggestion.

But I agree with the rest, it will be a struggle to get all this right in 6 months..
