testing always leads to bigger issues most people just accept and dont give a **** about. so if you think the prob can be solved just for title fights..you need to find out just how much it costs to do these type of tests that are olympic style and random, because someone has to pay for these... and the tests they take now are covered by someone already and much cheaper too many weight divisions too many titles per weight division now. used to be 1,then 2. in the early 1980s IBF made # 3 and 1988 WBO stayed around now they call it # 4 so now 17 weight classes times 4 title fights = 78 title fights if everyone fought 1 time thats 2 guys to be tested . so multiply that by 2 or even 3 for those who fight more doesnt include the WBA now who has 3 titles per weight just by themself.... get some kind of boxing commissioner or 1 board that has power. that has no influence with belts or fees. want to clean up boxing? too late..... hahaha
I think all fighters should be tested randomly especially for major title fights. Not only being tested randomly while training and preparing for a fight, but at least once or twice a year randomly.
with the recent events. hell yeah. it should be even for the smaller fights because these guys fighting on small cards are fighting for pennies and living paycheck to paycheck with day jobs. they get hurt seriously and their in huge trouble. not like they have multi million dollar paydays to count on.

I think every fighter should be tested besides Manny Pacquiaio who we should just trust cause he's a saint and a religious man who would never cheat or tell a lie.
