Orishaman: I agree with you they should be wanting to fight the best. NO MATTER THE $$. LET ME SPELL IT OUT. dlh is only in it for the $$$$$$$$ now. his glory days are past and he knows it. If he fights floyd again (pay attention here) [it's a sparring match] dlh loses a 12 round sparring match. he can come back next year and fight trinadad for $50 million. that's 35 + 50 million= 85 million. for his last 2 fights. if he fights cotto next , dlh takes a big chance of getting beating the **** out of. and loses the $50 mil for next year. so fighting COTTO could mean he's out of boxing ( work ) so to say. same for floyd if he fights cotto next he could very well get KO'ED. AND lose $35 million sparring with dlh before he gets $25 million fighting cotto. and maybe a few other fights fighting bums like hatton before floyd gets the beating he know's he has coming in the next few years. ( and i'm a floyd fan) but he know he's going to lose. and wants to make the most $$$$$$$$$ before he gets knocked out. as much as I hate the shitty match-up's it's a fact of life in boxing. try to make the $$$$ first. quido

There are times in someones life that you have step up to the plate...SRL did it twice against the feared Duran, did it against Hearns multiple times also and Hagler...if PBF want to remotely be considered to be mentioned even in the same sentence with SRL..then this is the time....

No it had nothing to do with Judah winning or losing.

Since it was set up for Mayweather to go after the Lineal Champ would you have preferred him to go straight after Baldomir and skip Judah.

So that when Judah fought Cotto it wouldn't of been such a shitty win.

BTW The Judah that fought Floyd was better then the Judah that fought Cotto.

    + Cotto cheated.

When will Cotto fought a live body at welterweight.

Why fight someone you've already beat that brings nothing new to the table at all?

I would much rather see Mayweather fight a proper Welterweight champ.

I would even rather see a Mosley fight.

I don't care what Cotto does. I want Mayweather to fight a proper Welter fighter.

..haven't you ever heard of contract annulment or forfitting , which by losing to Baldo would ahve been sufficient to forfit the Contract

I don't think they added it because they doubted it would happen.

+ HBO probably pushed for Mayweather to still fight Judah to make Baldomir marketable.
