I voted no.....He has one notable win in the 140 division(Kotelnik).....Urango, and Alexander have better notable wins in the division.....Khan can be ranked ahead of paulie because he is a belt holder.....and probably ahead of maidana....but I don't think he should be ranked above hatton, who says he is still active...

The ring didnt punish mosley for his inactivity...or margarito for that matter...

I dont see why he should be. He's accomplished nothing compared to hatton at 140 and going by the pac fight at 140, khan may very well do one better than hatton and go out in the 1st round.

khan vs hatton is a good fight though.

Nope, and you're list is screwed up. Manny has been stripped of his 140lbs strap and now has a 147 lbs strap. Besides Amir Khan hasn't done much of anything to warrant being ahead of Ricky.

you misunderstand the issue, ranking is nothing to do with skill, its activity. hatton is basically retired and hasnt fought for ages now and is not likely to do anything with titles, therefore when ranking the weight class he is barely applicable regardless of who he may or may not be better than

Manny is champion at 147 so why is he considered champ at 140? He fought at 140 just once.

Plus wasn't he just stripped of his 140 lb title ..

And by the way why is Amir going after Marquez when his best weight is 135 ..Im sick of fighters making names for themselves against smaller guys !!

Yeah he should be really !!

What has Hatton done recently ? ???????

(1.) Got badly beaten up by Mayweather !! (2.) Beat Malignaggi - WOW (3.) Then got KO'd hard by Pacquiao in 2 rounds

It's all an illusion with Hatton these days, hes just a fat **** who don't even keep in shape, he just drinks & eats burgers and lives of his reputation from the Kostya Tszu fight ?

WOW Ricky !!! You beat Kostya ZOO..... Get over yourself

Khan would probably Knock him out in 1 round....... or maybe 2

lmao... This is The Ring Magazine's list.

Pacquiao still holds The Ring belt. Former property of Ricky Hatton.

    **** no.

What has Khan done to be rated in the top 3? He beat Kotelnik who wasn't rated as highly if i remember, and he beat whats-his-face, who was rated by nobody.

He's in there for 1 reason. He's Golden Boy's new golden boy, and they own the Ring.

Hyped to ****in ****, god i hate him
