I know but I mean to the head. Early MMA strikers could finish a wrestler who would shoot in. If they sprawled then knee'd him in the head it was a huge risk for the wrestler and often meant lights out.

 

I've never heard this idea suggested but it seems to make more sense than any other I've heard
