Adamek called out Hopkins before he signed for Banks, when told Hopkins was considering him, Adamek said, "Bring him on."

This is THE fight i want for Hopkins because it will help his legacy and he has a very good shot at beating Adamek.

Yawn. So are you going to tell us what the options should say, or are you going to leave us hanging and wondering about your cryptic genius??

Hopkins would school both these guys. I'd say it's a great option and adding the CW title will just add to his HOF status

25lbs at 44 years old? And fight a top fighter in his prime? Let's be realistic. Age does it's thing.

    Think about it.

The Calzaghe fight is off and he was probably going to lose to him again if he did get the fight.

Kessler would be a good win but will it be more impressive than getting The Ring CW belt?

Avenging Taylor would indeed be sweet and might be on par with beating Adamek as it will erase those two losses, especially if he does it convincingly.

Dawson? I don't think Hopkins should fight him. Too talented and too good. He'll probably get outworked.

Really, from a risk/reward standpoint, the Adamek fight makes a lot of sense.

That's the wrong way to look at it. Hopkins has weighted 181 pounds or so in his last few fights on fight night so all he has to do is come in the ring at about 190. That should be no problem with Macky Shilestone. He might give up 5-10 lbs to Adamek but his skill should compensate for that difference in size.

The heaviest he has weighed in recently (looking at boxrec, which I think shows the weights for the official weigh in, correct me if im wrong) is 173lbs against Calzhage. How much do you think he would weigh in officially against Adamek for example?

I just don't see it working out for him. I mean, in terms of risk/reward, it might be his best option, but I dunno. He will probably give up some speed, as well as stamina. Adamek is a fit, and fast athlete, and Bernard isnt 30 years old anymore. I just don't see it happening. But then again, we have never seen Hopkins go up there, so he is in uncharted territory.

:-( Hopkins would've beaten Calzaghe (again).

It's not the best option and it's not a bad idea either.

Adamek is a very winnable fight for Hopkins hes just a bigger version of Pavlik.

 sorry its one of my pet peeves when someone asks a poll question but distorts the answer options.

YES he should challenge the winner of Banks-Adamek and go for the cruiser title, but NO its not his best option, although its not a bad idea either.

    happy?
