    One of my favorite fighters, Bad Bennie Briscoe...He drew with Monzon in Argentina and gave him a tough rematch and rocked him, he was already worn when he fought Valdez, Bad Bennie would have beaten less than Monzon and there were many...Benny was game, exciting and had power...When I think of Phillie fighters Bad Bennie always comes to mind.

    I made a thread on him today without even seeing this bump lol. A "draw" with monzon which a lot of people think he won is better than anything Gatti ever did, but it is what it is.

    i dont think he did enough. he couldnt beat the best but he was competitive. i dont know maybe he gets in eventually but i just dont feel he did enough
