didnt Pacquiao walk through much bigger fighters the last couple of years? The guy started at 106 pounds and walked through huge fighters and still won the award while people said he is clean. Was Marquez on drugs? Probably. But if he was so was Pacquiao, he was the one who started the trend

 

Marquez desurves the award as much ad Pacquiao when he received it for killing Cotto and Hatton

 

Donaire does get tested more than any other fighter, but the fact that he's working with Conte is suspicious because two of Conte's athletes have recently been busted.
