Should both Donaire and Marquez win Ring's fighter of the year?

I don't believe Pacquaio is on steriods. I mean, look at his bone structure. Look at the size of his wrists in comparison to other fighters in the same division.

 

Donaire works with Conte another with a past of supplying PEDs, why do you think Marquez is on PEDs and not Donaire?

 

Mayweather was a very good puncher at the lighter weights. It is proven that when you move up in weight you cant rely on power only, while Pacquiao hits everybody with one shot and you see them hiding and dancing look at all Pacs fights at the high weights how they all run trying to survive not getting knocked out. The only people that have links to steriod use are guys that work with Conte, Hernandez, and coincidently Mayweather who is friends with a guy that has testosterone therapy clinics.

Pacquaio doesn't have any association with those types of characters.
