Tag team? What are you on about

Both of us are just correcting you because you are an idiot. Guys like you who call anyone who calls them names on the internet a computer thug are knobs. I doubt you'll fit in well here if you can't take some insults.

Don't be so harsh on him, he's not an idiot he's just a little misguided...lol.

In relation to your thread question brother....no, because these are real people, that take real punishment...it may look like the referee is stopping the action but he is trying to prevent any unnecessary FURTHER punishment to a fighter. Look ar Ali, Roache, Michael Watson, even Holyfield...can you imagine what Gatti (God rest his soul) would be like by the time he finished his career.

You have a picture of Cotto as your avatar...he said it himself on the Faceoff interview with Margarito " I'm not willing to die in the ring". Hence why he had to quit during their first fight.

Hit and not be hit sounds a hell of a lot better than kill and not be killed.

I see your point the reason I started this thread was cause all the bull**** judges now and days I watched the Juanma fight and even though I wanted JML to win the judges score cards where ridiculous.

I'm typically one who thinks fights are stopped too soon, and that fights should continue until at least somebody hits the canvas - which did happen in this fight, btw. But Lopez was basically out on his feet, stumbling all over the place. He was basically knocked out, but standing.

There is a happy medium between what you suggest and what the advocates of quick stoppages seem to want, and this is to let a fight go until someone is CLEARLY unable to continue. That was the case in last night's fight.
