It'd be an intriguing dynamic, to be sure.

You'd see some guys with good stamina (Bradley for example) driving away fans by running and spoiling until their opponent keels over from exhaustion, but on the other hand, you might see some guys realizing their stamina isn't good enough to win a war of attrition and thus going with a blitz to try and blast their opponent out quickly.

It'd be interesting to see how different guys would adjust their strategies and styles if it were a sport with unlimited rounds and no scoring, just a ref.

Nah, it takes the art out of the sport and it also is too brutal.
Boxing is brutal enough witnessing a KO like JMM's against Pacquiao.

    No,

    1) because it prolongs the damage to fighters
    2) fighters train and develop their styles according to the number of rounds anyway, you'd get long stretches where the fighters aren't doing **** which is not very crowd pleasing

It would be all about stamina and durability then.. You could aim to blow out your opponent within the first couple of rounds, but it would be risky, considering that there would be an unlimited amount of rounds to go.
Fighters would train and develop to hang in there as long as possible.

Overall it would be damaging to fighters, and also explosive fighters like Shannon Briggs, Jean Pascal, Jermain Taylor, Nigel Benn etc. Would disappear from the sport.

it would be better if it was still 12 rds but only a ko or tko counted as a win, otherwise it would be counted as a draw. you would still have the amateurs for those that prefer to judge on style instead of damage inflicted.

No, because the second a weak opponent found he was getting broken down, he would run like usain bolt for the rest of the fight to secure the draw at least

they wouldnt disappear, they just wouldnt implement the style that they did.
