If you seen his high school wrestling pictures, he was huge back then, so it might be just a genetic freak!!!!

i doubt it he was just probably used steroids, back then he got caught and arrested with steroids and is a prime candidate for using in a dangerous sport as mma i beleive he should have to face the hardest and most stringent testing possible, cause i doubt he is clean

I remember him being interviewed for the Couture fight and when the interviewer said "you're so big..." Lesnar went ape **** and walked off the set, saying he wasnt answering any questions, that he gets tested more than anyone, etc.

So defensive for a man who says he doesnt take steroids.

i believe the testing is to beatable, and in combat sports, people get hurt or killed so im more sensitive to rampant and what i consider obvious use, when your throwing hammer fist trying ko somebody

A **** test yes, but a blood test, no.

If Lesnar was forced to take a blood test during training for his fights, and on the day of the fight, he might just slip up, considering steroids are best effective on a three month cycle.

Tim Sylvia used them and is allowed to fight. What's the difference?

u have to understand many of the users are very sophisticated and educated on how to use to and effectively beat the test, knowing how long it stays in your system and how long it takes to clear you system, its very sophisticated

True. I've heard stories of men so adament in beating the tests that they used cathaters to drain out 'dirty' urine, only to pump clean urine back into themselves. Crazy as that is, and unhealthy the practice, if there's a way to beat the tests, an athlete will use it to his/her fullest advantage.

He has probably used in the past but that doesn't mean he isn't a very special athlete. That dude is extraordinarily large framed, extremely strong and ridiculously quick.

There's alot of misconceptions about steroids anyways. I mean, look at James Toney. He looks like a half sucked milk dud, and the man tested positive for steroids twice since competing at heavyweight. Just because Lesnar is so muscle bound, doesnt necessarily equate to steroid use. He is surprisingly agile and quick for a man his size, so it wouldnt be surprising to me, if he did take steroids, it was to increase his speed rather than his strength.

Sophisticated? Are you kidding? Hormones can aromatise in hours. They can be completely out of your system in less than 3 days. Sometimes they use masking agents to prevent the detection.

Hormone abuse is rife in MMA. Sylvia Barnett Belfort and Sherk are all notable names from the UFC found to be on juice. I remember when Kevin Randleman submitted a urine sample that wasnt even human after PRIDE 32. It contained no hormones to speak of . Kevin has been on hormones for his entire career along with the rest of Hammer House.
Frank attested publically that his brother Ken was on Steroids and had been for the entirity of his career. With Ken though this was brutally obvious. ANYONE who has ever wrestled in the WWE or has been a product of OVW is/was on hormones that much is a fact.
Lesnar is no diffrent. He's certainly a beast BUT he was postively on steroids and he knows it.

Changed your stance aye? :D Remember Steroids only augment what is already there. Theres no such thing as using it to increase speed. Steroids dont have such a modular effect. Steroids compliment your work regime they dont replace it. Lesnar was ALWAYS blessed since his early NCAA days. He's an awesome physical specimen. The hormones would have helped with the gruelling regimes at OVW and when he entered the WWE. They can be used for loosing weight as well as gaining musculature or for recuperation.

And you best believe it Lesnar WAS on steroids. Doesnt really matter that much though as Steroids dont give you talent. But they sure can be a placebo! Look at guys like Ken, Mark Coleman and Randleman. Without their hormones mentally they werent anything.
