Should Burns, Froch, Khan and Cleverly all just retire?

    Burns will never beat Rios or Broner, and when he steps up he will be shown up for his lack of power

    Froch lost to Ward, and will never be #1 at SMW

    Khan will never be p4p#1

    Cleverly will be exposed once he steps up against Dawson, Cloud or B-Hop



    I think these guys should just jack it in, theres jus no point in going on imo.

    You should retire.......from making threads. Are you familiar with the expression "going out on top?" Well I think that applies here.     still bet they wont fight each even if that happened.

    Yes, they should retire from their professions in which they earn tens/hundreds of thousands each time they perform.

    Being close to the top of your game is just not good enough.

    To be honest sometimes I wonder if this section is any better.

    I was in the live RBR for Burns v Moses today and i felt like slitting my wrists, all it was was page after page of "burns is lucky he ducked broner", "burns will get destroyed when he steps up", "burns is so average" while i was watching a good performance over a solid operater and former title holder. The whole "general forum" thing is a laugh, but most of the posters in here are ****ing idiots too, who don't appreciate british fighter.

    ****S ME OFF!!!

    The good posters outnumber the Idiots by at least 3 to 1 in this forum, maybe its your threads? just a thought? Because lets be honest they could send any sane man to the brink of despair and self harm.

    As for Burns, he's a good solid boxer but lacks the pop in his punches to mix it with the elite imo.

    A timeline of Ricky Burns lately according to the sage and wise brit forum

    Pre Martinez, "Martinez by Brutal KO"

    Post Martinez "Martinez was limited

    The next year "Burns is fighting bums, he sucks"

    Pre Katsidis "Katsidis by Brutal KO, Burns is no Guerrero, who became massivley overhyped post Katsidis"

    Post Katsidis "Katsidis was shot"

    The next few months "Burns is fighting bums"

    Pre Moses "Moses may be alittle too much for burns, this will be close either way"

    Post Moses "Moses sucks, Burns will lose when he steps up"




    BTW, i'm not scottish, and i'm not a huge ricky burns fan in particular, but this is getting ****ing ridiculous now
