Thats like saying Swansea, Norwich, Stoke, West Brom, Aston Villa, Blackburn, Bolton, QPR, Wolves, Wigan should go out of buisness because there not gunna get into the top 10 in the premership.

Newcastle, Liverpool,Sunderland, Everton, Fulham should fold because there not gunna get into Europe.

Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs should fold because there not going to win the league.
