Should Calzaghe Only Fight On If The Opponent Has A Big Name?

    I wouldn't blame him if he hung 'em up. He's getting old and its hard to go back down to McDonalds after you've been eating at 4-star restaurants. With the lack of big money fights available right now, only thing he could right now is either retire, wait around for someone to become a viable money fight (JT, Dawson, Diaconu perhaps) or say "screw the big money" and start collecting belts at 175 and take out the guys (Erdei, Diaconu, Dawson) with the best chances of becoming big money fights pre-maturely. Its kind of a catch-22. Ideally, the best scenario for him would to be to fight the winner of a Diaconu/Dawson fight.

    My personal preference would be he fights Dawson. From my point of view Joe is still fighting well enough to win, and its a fight worth winning.

    I'm not in Joe's head however. Only he knows his motivation. It's not a physical thing.
