Should Chisora take the 'big, big offer' from Wlad?

If the moneys good he should take it.

It's obviously come way to early for him but he may never get the chance again.

Look at the division its ****. If Wlad had loads of people to fight whys he trying to fight a guy that just won the British and Commonwealth title in his last 2 fights?

He's not ready for it, he's only young for a heavyweight. We are seeing improvements, which is why its important to let him develop further and increase the competition more gradually.

 

You live and die by the decisions you make and end of the day it seems like silly logic to say wait until the division gets shitter so i might have a better chance.

Its a golden opportunity being offered to him on a plate if he is that good and loses he will rise again to challenge when the Klits have moved on. He literally has nothing to lose in taking this fight.

He'll get another chance if he keeps doing as he is. I just don't want to see him brutally KO'd or pounded on for 8 rounds. Chisora has a bit of an edge about how, a confidence, because he's unbeaten.

If he was 32 and stagnant I would jump at it but he's not, he showed some of the best head movement and upper body movement I've seen from him in his last fight. I'd like to see him keep improving so he's not just making up the numbers in a world title fight.

I wouldn't be against throwing him in quite deep this time but Wladimir is one too far.

 

Too much too soon. You can't over-emphasize the damage a beating could do to his psyche. I've seen this movie before fellas when young fighters are no longer the same, they become gunshy and walk around in a daze. Wlad would beat all that enthusiasm out of him. Why the heck would you guys want this to happen to a fighter who could give us some fun fights down the road?

It's not like he's even got the ability of Fernando Vargas and would be able to recover somewhat from having it too early...even Vargas didn't really recover tbh.

No not yet , Del boy needs to keep learning and winning ,Wlad ? He needs to keep struggling to find capable opponents ,then Del needs to step up and get a bigger pay day , Good luck to Chisora .

 

Wlad would just knock all the spark out of him and Del Boy would become Uncle Albert.

 

He might as well take it, career high payday, no shame in losing, gets bragging rights over Haye for having the balls to fight him and if he loses (likely) then there is no real damage done, he can still come back and fight at British/Euro level. Win (unlikely but if he can land one on Wlad's chin you never no) then he is World champion and will have another big payday in the re-match.

Not yet as people have said this is a once in a lifetime chance. With the standard of the Heavyweight division as it is right now he will almost definitely get a shot if he keeps winning, regardless of whether he rejects this fight now. He should hold off and mature as a fighter before taking it on. If he took it and got a battering where else can he go, he is only 26.

 

No way, Wlad has the reach and technique to keep all smaller fighters at bay it seems. Chisora is building on his career getting better I'd like to see him challenged but not outclassed at this stage of his career

 

I think the timing is wrong. way too green still. He has the look of a guy that would really struggle to get motivated to fight rebuilding fights after a shattering loss to Wlad. I think it would ruin him and agree with TFFP that his confidence would evaporate and that is this stage one intangible that is setting him apart domestically right now. Chuck him in with that gorilla Pianetta as that is a winnable fight and a decent name on his resume at this stage
