Should clinching be severely penalized in boxing?

    Penalizing clinching won't improve the state of boxing today. Only government control over boxing would offer any hope. The entire structure of the sport would need to be changed.

    One champion in each division.
    One boxing commission.
    One top ten for every division.
    Return of 15 round championship bouts.

    and also one testing body, like VADA....there's too many right now, like USADA, VADA, etc, bla bla bla

    Seems like VADA is the most consistly strict one and caught the most people, make them the mando testing body.
