Should Cotto beat Clottey in the summer, would it be his biggest win?

It would be his first unification and the first time he beat a reigning champion. (People have pointed out he has only won vacant titles).

True, so it would still be Mosley or would the Clottey fight surpass that?

Considering this would be his first real test since suffering his first defeat and it's against an accomplished fighter and champion, imo Clottey would in fact be his biggest win.

True but if he dominates Clottey it may be his biggest win to date.

Then again Mosley just knocked out Margo...

Depends on the fashion that he wins. IMO Sugar was his most legit win over an elite fighter, and between you and me I consider Clottey a big risk but by no means an elite fighter yet. A stoppage over Clottey or shutout is bigger than a close Mosley UD.

    Probably #2.

If you consider a fighter's fights after his first loss to be a 2nd career, then this is easily the biggest win.

You don't think Cotto can beat a low-workrate fighter who likes to shell up?
