This is what we call REAL TALK.

Manny is a fraud, his 'achievements' and 'expertise' are invalid.

Hard to believe any day before December 3rd.

Pedro lit the fire back in Miguel, steward brought balance but tamed Cotto's style quite a bit. I am very interested to hear about Pedro's gameplan against Floyd. It would be crazy if Cotto turned to his natural southpaw stance to his advantage.

The cuban dude is an amateur trainer so his forte is more boxing skill and athleticism. The thing is Cotto cannot beat Mayweather at that game. His only chance is to rough up mayweather, fight on the inside, work that body and back him up. Amateur trainers cant teach you dat ****

Thats been done to no avail. Pedro had Cotto in very good shape conditioning wise and has vast experience with an array of styles. Steward is NOT the answer.

Manny Steward pretty much knows exactly how the fight is going to go already, and on May 5th he will say, "this is turning out exactly as I expected".

It's irrelevant whether Steward or the cuban fellow with his little notes train Cotto, the result is already written in stone. Future not looking bright for Cotto.

My Manny Steward 8 ball says: "don't sign the contract Miguel" but on hearing on an expectation of 30 million, my manny steward 8 ball says: that went pretty much just how I expected it would.

    The cuban.

His knowledge and meticulous research of Margarito in 24/7 shows the guy is clued up.

Floyd still wins though, just Cotto makes it alot more competitive.

" fight on the inside " , " work the body " , " rough him up " , in other words according to you Cotto should fight PBF' fight , that's crazy , Mayweather is a counterpuncher , Cotto should BOX Mayweather , use his footwork and try to counterpunch Mayweather ( won't be easy but it can be done ) .Stop fantasizing and talking rubbish , Pedro is tha man , what they started with Margarito they will finish with Mayweather . Peace .

you are a mug. how can cotto outbox mayweather. You need to look at a fighters abilities and work to his strengths. Cotto cannot beat mayweather at his own game. Its pointless. A fighter like Amir Khan should adopt a boxing, rangey style an amateur trainer teaches against a mayweather. Not someone as slow and heavy handed as cotto.

The are only two ways you fight a counter puncher like maywather is either attack him all night pressure him non stop and make him fight like castillo tried to do. Or you make him be the aggressor, they are not used to doing that by you moving around and force him to be the attacker. Remember how marco antonio barrera fought prince hamed. Nobody expected it he moved and counter punched hamed who was used to being the one doing the counter punching.

I think that's the style cotto is going to use vs floyd although i would rather see him attacking and being aggressive for 12rds i doubt at this point in his career he is willing to do that.
