No, Margarito should be in jail, but he can generate millions in the boxing ring. so, he'll remain free & allowed to box.

Margarito really does not deserve another big stage. That said, the aforementioned 75% purse to Cotto would at least be a sufficient kick in the mouth to Rockgloves to make it worth it. Hell, even 80%.
