If he wants to get to the Spence , Thurman level I believe he has to make a switch for obvious reasons but the loyalty card might be in play here. Danny is still young has power and from the Thurman fight has good cheeen. That fight might not have been as good as GGG-Canelo but was close. Danny can fight, hope he does what he needs to because Spence and Thurman will be difficult to surpass. Danny is pretty cool giving back to the community. Great interview 2 weeks ago with Danny here.

    picks Rigondeaux over Lomanchenko
believes GGG-Canelo will end in a draw dont know why plus more

Angel deserves a lot of credit for helping Danny get to where he has in the sport of boxing, imo. Yes, he is brash and loud mouthed, but he obviously cares for and believes in his son.

The problem is that it is hard to believe that Angel isn't limited in what he can teach Danny in terms of technique. Danny is too one dimensional and predictable. Elite opponents can see his biggest punch, the left hook, coming far too easily. Danny needs to learn to better disguise that punch while working on his arsenal as a whole. Though he is somewhat flatfooted, he can also learn to be more effective with his movement.

A top trainer could help him work on these things, making him much more competitive at 147. And it doesn't mean that Angel can't remain on the team in a major capacity. I'd like to see it.

The best thing for all is if him and his dad actually switch roles. Would lovebirds see his dad in with Thurman.

He could use a good trainer.....................we all knew that if Golovkin did not knock Alvarez out the decision would be given to Alvarez close or a draw to make the rematch. Golovkin won the fight 8 rounds to 4, I had it the same as Harold Lederman....................over 90% or the internet polls had the fight for Golovkin. Byrd needs to go to prison and please take that corrupt Bob Bennett with her, he picked her and tired to take up for her, claiming she is the greatest judges living today. Byrd has other corrupt decisions, everyone knew when they say here name that her card would be absurd! I pick Lomachenko to beat Rigo

Yep, he should change his hairdresser even before he gets rid of his insane father.

Saying that, I wouldn't be surprised if it was his daddy that cut his hair.
