Should Dave Allen retire after next weekend's match with Hrgovic?

With the talk of what is next for Fabio Wardley following last night's beat down, it got me thinking of Dave Allen who fights Filip Hrgovic next weekend.

Dave is 3-4 inches shorter than Hrgovic, and by his own admission has short arms.
Whilst Hrgovic isn't considered a big hitter, he has a laser-guided 1-2, straight down the pipe. This in combination with Allen's inability to move his head off the centre line seems to me to be a one way course to further CTE for Allen.

If we see a similar beat down next weekend, where does Dave go from there? Hang up the gloves and slide further into the punditry? Or look for some sort of British-level title fight?
