    Yeah no not even close. He was an excellent fighter with a lot of speed, but he couldnt get past Trinidad.

    they should include amateur boxers imo. there's a lot of fighters from the old soviet bloc that deserve inclusion, we see what has happened when they were allowed to go pro and it also excludes some cuban greats as well.

    There is no way David Reid deserves to be mentioned in the Hall of Fame. He just is not close.
