I think Hearn's the better option. They could get him on Carl Froch undercard's to bulid his profile same as Kell Brook. They could also encourage him to spar with Carl that'll only be good for him. Lou Di Bella seems to get on well with the Hearn's (?) so could build him in the States and make the most out of the gold medal hype.
Allot depends on whether or not Carl can beat Bute. I think you get DeGale a european title defence and then Magee if he still holds the WBA. and a new trainer. get him with Sims.
If Ricky Hatton had the right stable , I'm firmly of the opinion he would be the super power of British boxing , promotional wise , its a shame he isn't getting the fighters , all in good time
Eddie Hearn is in the business of making fights , thats why he's easy to deal with , as is Lou Di Bella , again thats what makes him easy to deal with , Hearn could make deals with all the top promotional companies in the States given the right fighter/s , and De Gale is exactly that
Yeah, you post makes alot of sense, although I think it'll be hard to split him form his current trainer Jim Mcdonnell, they seem pretty tight. Win or lose to Bute I still think people are going to want to see the cobra fight even including the States. I absolutely agree, I think Degale could take off in the States and get some real needed confidence and development fighting there. He's a talent that the yanks will appreciate.
I think any promoter that's not called Frank ****** is a good idea. I mean who wants to be fighting in front of small audiences on box nation? If Degale wants the big paydays then he really needs to be on Ch5 or back on Sky. Sorry Fish Eyes your boxnation gamble has not paid off
