He had a poor showing in last fight but is ranked 2 in world in WBC and most likely will ranked number 1 with Lorenzo going for IBF title. Should Duddy have to fight a Eliminator with someone like David Lopez for a shot at Pavlik?
Why not. Might as well delay the pummelling and facial reconstruction surgery he'll need after Pavlik knocks **** out of him. I dont even know why Duddy wants that fight. I know athletes are supposed to be confident, etc, but what about Pavlik makes him think he's got any chance at all?
You go into sports to win titles and make money. So he would need to find a new profession if he worked his way up the rankings to not take his shot.
That is saying allot. I heard that Sly Stallone said "if she had as many dicks sticking out of her as she has had stuck in her, she would look like a ****ing porcupine". Duddy would get crushed by Pavlick, but he would really try to win which is better than most fighters now a days.
