I mean.. there have been those that made accusations of sexuality and other things of that nature. Do they have a case too? Should fighters take it to court when their feelings get hurt now? :fight

True, I mean, where are you going to draw the line? I made a point in another thread about Manny being in a little over his head here, and it's showing.

De La Hoya should have sued Floyd after the "Mom, apologize for the language, but I'm gonna **** him up. Want some chips?"

    Funny ****.

    Pac is just a baby.
If we start this trend then MAyorga will have to retire for good.

I can oly imagine if Floyd pulled a Law-suit stunt like this....OMG!!!

ESB, BOXING-SCENE AND OTHER WOULD HAVE TO OFFICIALLY CHANG THEIR NAMES TO "THE OFFICIAL MAYWEATHER HATING" FORUM!!!!:-(

Thats what I am saying.. Its defamation of character.. What is Pac's case.. he was so "hurt" by the accusations that he could not follow through and train for the fight? Therefore Goldenboy should compensate him for that? I mean to win he is going to have to pretty much cry and ***** literally. To get monetary compensation.. But its just a smoke screen by the dumb ass Pac circle jerk to make him look like a victim all the while avoiding the actual test that would shut everybody up.

Boxing fans should file a class action lawsuit against Oscar De La Hoya for those fishnet scandal photos.
That **** scarred me for life.

Uh yes, when one is accusing another of being a cheater despite no evidence proving such.

Pac's lawsuit is frivolous. Unfortunately are judicial system is burdened with these.

So is being a cheater the only thing that can be considered defamation? When did Mayweather Jr or ODH and Golden Boy accuse Pac of cheating? By asking for a outsourced steroid test? Lol. You whores are funny as ****. I swear how the **** do you get around day by day.

  12. Trash talking and claims of steriods are two differant things.

It's like calling a cop dirty or saying a teacher is a pedophile. VERY low and damaging claims if theres no evidence to support the statement.

  13. Lennox should have sued tyson for telling him that he was gonna eat his kids.

Muhammid ali should have been sued for calling mu****as ugly

Tyson should have again been sued for calling people ***gots.

I guess from now on, we are going to have to settle for boring ass build ups to fights like it was between cotto and pac. the worst damn 24/7 series ever.
Pac is such a ******. He needs to just retired and keep havin lunch wit pinoy politicians and ****. Go become a ****in yuppie, you fruitcake. I can't believe I used to have respect for this pathetic excuse for an upstanding athlete.

Bull****. Its all defamation. Nobody called Mr Miyagi son a pedo. Kind of bull**** comparison. As usual. When you have nothing to say just say some bull**** right? lol.

  15. So if Mayweather called Pac a ******, would that be defamation of character? I mean, being accused of being a ****** is a very serious thing. People have been fired from their jobs for this ****.
