If Floyd files a lawsuit that prevented the fight from happening, he would be lambasted on a never-before seen level.

Yep. No more saying things that hurt the feelings of your opponent. Chuvalo should have sued Ali for the washerwoman comments.

  3. Well 2 of those hypotheticals can also be proven just as a scientific analysis of his blood can be.
But it's the claims of defamation of character that are the issue. It's the 'hearsay' that matters here right now and pacman feels it has caused real damage.......apparently

What he's really doing is using it as a way to get out of invasive drug procedures that mayweather demands for him. Mayweathers side is bumping their ego against pacmans side.

No they can't unless the person actually committed a physical act.

Proving the damage will be impossible. What also hurts him is the fact that he had the perfect opportunity to prove them wrong. He even had a $20-40 million dollar incentive to prove them wrong. Instead, what did he do? The complete opposite.

    Manny is a cheater.

  6. So you either avoid getting caught juicing. Or you avoid getting your ass whipped in the ring. And you jus go with trying to win some millions in court over a case that isn't going to hold water. You are a bigger ****head than juiciuao.
