    No Alt it wasn't that was just the excuse NSAC used to sabotage Pacman. But it was perfectly OK for the NSAC to allow Mayweather a TUE & pass for his ILLEGAL & EXCESSIVE 750 ml of saline he received THREE WEEKS AFTER he was caught getting it:patsch:patsch Theyre not corrupt are they :twisted::twisted:

    I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he was party to the conspiracy against Margarito along with Oscar , Pinnochio Richardson & the Keystone Kops (CSAC) Put him in with a juiced to the gills Mosely after accusing him of loading his gloves. They were all afraid to fight him the loaded gloves bull feces was the way they ruined his career & good name
