I said FANS want to see the fight. You ain't a fan. You sound like you might be some kind of a *****.

    This doesn't apply to you.

And if Floyd is a 147 lb fighter, what is he doin with a 154 lb belt?

Unless of course....he's a fake ass champion.

Martinez would get beat by Floyd if he moved back down to 154. He's too old for that.

Martinez needs to clear out his own division first before he looks for a cash out fight.

He is good enough to move up and take belts at 154. Floyd easily makes 154 He eats full meals and comes in at 151. Weighs 147-148 on fight night.

Also, just because he does not agree with your opinion does not mean he isn't a fan. That is subjective. For all you know, he watches all weight classes and all divisions.

Would you rather he fought Cotto at 147?

Look idiot. That's why they fight IN THE RING. Sipshits like you think fights don't need to happen because you think you know the results. As if that was taken into consideration for any other of floyd's fights you were happy happened.

Really? Like what Floyd did at 147 before getting a cash fight vs. DLH at JrMW?

******s like you don't even realize the **** you say isn't consistent with your views. :patsch

According to people on this board Cotto is HUGE, way way way TOO BIG for 147.

So, a giant jr middle like Cotto could never make 147, so how is this even possible?

So Floyd beats a giant jr middle like Cotto, and now all of a sudden he's too small to be at 154?

Unless of course Floyd fought a FAKE ASS 154 lb fighter.

You walk around on the streets and ask everyone that passes if they are fans of boxing.. If yes, ask them if they know Sergio Martinez.. You'd probably get 1/10 for yes and 9/10 for no.. And that's real..

You ask them about Angulo or Lara.. You'll get a 1/50 chance of getting a yes.. probably up to 1/100.. :deal

You're upset and name caling again. Take a breather lance.

Stop making this about Floyd, I don't agree with a lot of his career choices either so why would I justify Martinez doing what Floyd did? Martinez would lose the fight if it was at junior middle, his body is a middleweight now.

I've no interest in seeing old fighters drain back down. Look what happened to Delahoya, Jones jr, and Chris Byrd

I would like to see Martinez vs Pirog, GGG, or Geale at 160.. but I wouldn't hate if he went down to 154 to fight Mayweather..

in fact, I would rather see Martinez take on Geale this summer and then try to land a Mayweather fight in the winter..... why not? That fight sounds good ot me, whetehr Martinez is too "big" or not

But to be fair, Mayweather has the right to give Martinez 5 Mill and guarantee 10% to NO PPV revenue... Mayweather is the one bringing the dough to the table
