I think 50/50 share is no bs demand from any fighter. It's a good move from Floyd though to get directly to Pacquiao than negotiating with Arum whom I think the one cherry picking opponents for Pac. Floyd should take the equal share if he really wants the fight.

Floyd should take the 50/50 split since Pacquiao agreed to his drug testing demands.

 

Pacquiao's side still wouldn't fight on May 5 even if Floyd agreed to a 50/50 purse split - but - Mayweather is making himself look like he's ducking Pacquiao by insisting on a bigger share of the purse after initially agreeing to a 50/50 split.

If I were Pacquiao, I'd get out in the media and accuse Floyd of doing his best Daffy and Donald Duck impersonation...

 

Maybe Floyd is using the purse situation as leverage to get Pacquiao's side to agree to fight on May 5?

 

FMJ should swallow his damn pride and accept the 50% split, and beat Pac just to get it over with, and so the boxing forums can get rid of all the deluded *******s (not the normal Pac fans but the ******s who believe Pac is close to being some boxing-God).
