I think Froch would do it if he was pressed but from Taylor's perspective, I wouldn't want it.

I side with the folks that think Taylor is still a high level fighter that can hang around near the top. He is in the division he belongs in I think he just needs to keep working on his game. Try another trainer.

It is quite possible although unlikely that Froch runs the table against the other top fighters in the division. What if he does do it and nobody comes as close to beating him as Taylor did?

Taylor shouldn't hang up the gloves yet.

I think he deserves it, so yes but in England. I think Froch prforms better second time around. I do believe being in the lion's den rattled him a bit.
He's already said he would too, loved how he sunk Jim Grey's line of questioning "Of course I'll give him a rematch" One of those 'ummm, ok then' moments.

If taylor does recover mentally?! Dont you think its best that he waits for a couple of fights before facing Froch. Cause if he rematches froch in ENgland straight away I see taylor getting KO'd in 8!!!

That was pretty cool, I though Jim Grey was kinda expecting Carl to flip flop abit, but when he said 'of course I would, he deserves it' it suprised Jim abit.

That's because Jim Gray wouldn't know class if it came up and bit him in the ****ing ankle. Carl Froch was the picture of class in victory. Hope he can hang around for a while.

Taylor obviously deserves it, but it won't happen. Froch has a lot of other options open to him that would advance his career more - if he beats Taylor, it just confirms what he's already done; if he loses, he gets slated. Froch has Andrade, Kessler, Bute, Pavlik, AA all as possible bigger fights.

    Yes, on a few conditions.

Froch gets an easy defence first, and Taylor gets a warm-up fight.

    It takes place in England.

    That's fair IMO.

I reaaly dont think he deserves another fight - he should fight one or two fights before he should have the chance again! Just because your name is Taylor og BH, it dosen't necessarily means that should have another chance! Those Americans need to know that the real deal is in Europe now;)! Get back in the line, boys!:)

the fight in itself proved, that there is basis for a rematch. Likewise has taylor proved in pavlik II, that he is capable of making some adjustments.

But on the other hand, i cant see froch doing worse in the next fight, bringing the pressure earlier and doing the job once again.

Both Froch and Taylor exuded class post-fight.

Why is there not an ovrwhelming "Yes" to this question???? Seriously, it's kind of baffling sometime, we see a good fight, of course we, as boxing fans, should want to see a return. It's the kind of thing this sport is built on. Yes to a Taylor rematch -- as long as a fight with Bute or Kessler isn't happening, which it probably won't -- so let's see these two warriors fight again.

Call me crazy but I think if there is a rematch, Taylor might just have to finish Froch if he has him hurt again. If not, Froch TKO 9.

There's no reason it shouldn't happen. I am with most here it seems in that I feel Froch should insist on the fight happening over there.
